Primis Energy Services is an indegenous full service Equipment Supply and Marine Support Services Company formed to service Nigeria Oil and Gas offshore & onshore installations and combat the dearth of local content in Nigeria.
The company maintains a team of competent and highly skilled staff in its various areas of operation. It has also ventured into challenging areas and successfully triumphed even in the face of hard economic pressures plaguing the country. Our performance has been greatly enhanced by existing working co-operation arrangements with reputable indigenous companies.
We are competing favorably with some notable companies in the area of special transportation and are optimistic that we would surpass existing veterans in the industry.
We have assembled a team of highly competent individuals with a wealth of experience predominantly in the oil and gas sector who by virtue of their learning have proven to be very efficient and more importantly have been able to maintain team cohesiveness to achieve a common goal. In addition to their experience at Primis Energy Services, our senior personnel have gained broad experience working with major oil and gas companies, and other consulting and construction firms. CHIKE MOFUNANYA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Fordham, New York City. He then went on to work for one of America’s leading financial information institutions: Reuters America, where he rose to Management level. He is an established financial Guru with a thorough knowledge of North American Equities and has practiced in a Managerial capacity in London, India, New York and Canada. With his extensive knowledge in the financial world, coupled with his business savvy; he resigned and co-founded Primis Energy Services.

ESEOSA C. OGIEMWONYI
DIRECTOR
Chris is a well-rounded individual with properly garnished backgrounds in both the financial and Oil and Gas sectors. He began his career working with some notable companies in the United States such as Enron, Wang Global, PYPSA, Addax Petroleum, and rose to management level in all before switching to Oil and Gas. He has 10 years work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Work experience covers Business Development, Project Controls & Documentation, Project Management & Planning, Mechanical Completions and Integration. He is also co-founder of Primis Energy Services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Houston.

IYARE EGBEDION
HEAD, OPERATIONS AND STRATEGY
Iyare has spent the last 8 years of his professional career successfully delivering multi-million naira projects. The projects have included installation and integration of turn-key solutions. Prior to joining Primis Energy Services, Iyare has held various strategic roles in different organisations, including Bi-Misa Energy Ltd, Pan Astro Energy, and Century Energy Services. In his previous responsibilities at Bi-Misa Energy Limited, Iyare has directed and Integrated diverse teams including product management, sales support, alliance, field and communications management. He has demonstrated expertise in bringing companies and people together through dozens of acquisitions with the exceptional ability to quickly promote best practices and to drive integrated teams toward common goals. Iyare holds a BSc in Computer Science with Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University.

HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Abdul Momodu has 8 years experience in the area of procurement within the Oil and Gas Industry. Prior to his appointment at the Primis Energy Services, he worked with EETC Nigeria, a top ranked Information Technology and Engineering Supply Company. He holds a BSC/MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University College, London.

ADEBISI SAHEED
HEAD, ADMINISTRATION
Mr. Adebisi Saheed has 6 years of relevant expertise knowledge in the Oil and Gas Sector. His managerial/technical position which taps into the wealth of experience he has acquired over a period of 10 years as an administrator and customer care relations person in the areas of analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. He holds a bachelor of science degree in management and accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
